Pool Table Cloth Colors
New cloth is the single biggest change you can make to how a table looks and how it plays. Below are the colors we install in premium Championship Invitational and Simonis 860. Pick a direction, then send us a quote request and we will handle the rest.
See the color on an actual table
Championship has an interactive tool that puts any of their colors on a table so you can see it at full size instead of as a square. Open the cloth color selector.
Screens lie about color
The swatches on this page are close, but every monitor and phone renders them differently, and cloth changes character under game room lighting. Treat this as a shortlist, not a final decision. We keep real swatch samples at the Fort Collins showroom, and our crew can bring samples to your quote appointment.

How to narrow it down
Look at the wood first
The cloth is the largest single color in the room, but the table finish is what it has to live with. Warm woods take greens, burgundies, and camels. Grey and black finishes carry the cooler blues and charcoals.
Think about chalk
Chalk dust shows on everything, but it disappears fastest on mid tone blues and greens. Very dark and very light cloth both make it more visible between brushings.
Consider the lighting
Most game rooms are lit from directly overhead. Darker cloth reads much darker under a single fixture than it does in a showroom with ambient light.
Ball contrast matters
Standard ball sets read clearly on traditional greens and blues. On the bolder colors, expect the object balls to blend more than you would guess from a swatch.
Which cloth, not just which color
Championship Invitational and Simonis 860 are both premium cloth and both come in the ranges above. The difference is in the weave and how the ball behaves on it. We walk through worsted versus napped cloth on our refelting and recovering page, and we will make a recommendation based on how your table actually gets used.
Already having work done?
If your table is being moved, repaired, or torn down for any reason, that is the least expensive moment in its life to put new cloth on it. The labor is already happening.
