Refund policy
Our promise
If you aren't happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, in like-new condition, and resellable.
- Items must come back in their original packaging.
Boxed items: free returns
Cues, balls, accessories, and other items shipped by parcel carrier can be returned free. There is no restocking fee, and we'll provide the return shipping label.
Tables and large items
Pool tables, game tables, and any item delivered by freight or installed by our team:
- A 20% restocking fee is deducted from each return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping, including on items we delivered and installed.
Cancelling an order
- Boxed items can be cancelled at no charge any time before they ship.
- For tables and large items, once an order has been processed, cancelling it carries a 20% fee, plus any freight charges we've already paid.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@frontrangepooltables.com.
Exchanges, damage and defects
- Prefer a different item? Within the same 30 days you may exchange it instead of returning it, under the same conditions.
- If an item arrives damaged or turns out to be defective, let us know within 7 days of delivery for damage, or 30 days for defects, and send photos. We'll repair it, replace it, or refund it at no cost to you, and the restocking fee won't apply.
