The underside of the rails usually carries a brand stamp. A photo of that, plus one of the whole table, is enough for us to work from.

Brand and build quality
Solid wood frames and true three piece slate hold value. Particle board and one piece slate do not.
Slate condition
Chips at the pocket cutouts and cracked sections are the things that take a table out of the running.
Cushions and cloth
Both are replaceable, but both are work, and that comes out of the number.
Access
A well built table on a walkout level is worth more than the same table in a basement down a turn in the stairs.
Setup only work
If you already have the table and just need it assembled and leveled properly, that is a job we do on its own. It is common when a table came with the house, or arrived from a mover who left it in pieces, or was put together by someone who never shimmed the slate. More on leveling and repair.
