Pool Table Service for Apartment Communities, Student Housing, and Senior Living
The pool table in your clubhouse is an amenity residents actually notice. When the cloth is torn and the cushions are dead, it stops being an amenity and starts being a complaint. We keep community tables playing right, on a schedule that fits how properties actually run.
We work around your turn calendar, not ours
Most property work is predictable if you plan it. A clubhouse table that gets daily play needs new cloth on a cycle, and putting that on the calendar ahead of turn season costs less and creates fewer surprises than waiting for a resident complaint. Tell us your budget cycle and we will work backward from it.
What we do for properties
- Felt replacement, also called refelting or recovering, on clubhouse and common area tables
- New and replacement tables when a table is past saving
- Moving, leveling, and repair, including across multiple buildings or properties
- Multi-property scheduling with one point of contact instead of a different vendor per site
Commercial tables are not the same as home tables
A table in a clubhouse gets played by people who do not own it, and it shows. When we spec a table for a property we steer toward solid colors and a textured finish, because they hide wear and handle cleaning far better than a gloss finish that shows every scratch. We also steer away from traditional leather drop pockets, which look great in a house and tear out fast in a common area.
If somebody has quoted you a table that looks beautiful in a showroom photo, ask them how it holds up after two years of unsupervised play. That is the question that matters for your property.
Refelt or replace
Most of the time the honest answer is a refelt. If the slate is sound and the frame is solid, new cloth and a cushion check will bring a table back for a fraction of what a replacement costs, and it is a far easier line item to get approved. We will tell you straight when a table is genuinely past saving, and we will tell you just as straight when it is not.
Insurance and vendor credentialing
We carry commercial general liability and workers compensation, and we provide certificates of insurance with additional insured and waiver of subrogation endorsements on request. W-9 available the same day you ask.
We hold accounts with NetVendor and RealPage, and we complete credentialing for individual properties on request. If your management company uses a platform we are not yet enrolled in, tell us which one and we will get set up. Credentialing has never been the thing that held up a job for us.
Work we have done
We recently completed a full table replacement for a Greystar community here in Fort Collins, delivered and installed by our own crew. We are happy to put you in touch with a property that has worked with us. Just ask.
Where we work
Properties throughout Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming, from Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Windsor, Timnath, Wellington, and Longmont up through Cheyenne and Laramie. See areas we serve.

Frequently asked questions
Are you enrolled with vendor credentialing platforms?
Yes. We hold accounts with NetVendor and RealPage, we provide certificates of insurance with additional insured and waiver of subrogation endorsements on request, and a W-9 the same day you ask.
Should we refelt our clubhouse pool table or replace it?
Most of the time the honest answer is a refelt. If the slate and frame are sound, new cloth and a cushion check bring the table back for far less than a replacement, and it is an easier line item to get approved. We will tell you straight when a table is genuinely past saving.
What does commercial pool table service cost?
Tell us the property, the table size if you know it, and roughly when you need it done, and we will come back with a written proposal you can take to your regional. Call or text (970) 419-0816.
Can you service tables across multiple properties?
Yes. We schedule across buildings and properties with one point of contact, throughout Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming.
What kind of pool table holds up in a common area?
Solid colors, textured finishes, and no traditional leather drop pockets. Commercial play is hard on gloss finishes and leather pockets. We spec tables that still look good after years of unsupervised play.
